Rapid Performance Improvement (RPI)

Licensing & Authorization

Overview:

RPI Alliance Ltd. has established a business model that ensures high-quality RPI services of current RPI Methodology(TM) materials to end-user sites while providing flexibility to both those wanting to use RPI (end-user sites) and those providing RPI services (licensed RPI Providers and authorized RPI Facilitators). From the end-user's perspective, this is achieved by separating the contractual agreement that is established with the Licensed RPI Provider from the services provided by a Authorized RPI Facilitator. Licensed RPI providers have access to the latest RPI Methodology materials through their licenses with RPI Alliance Ltd., while trained RPI Facilitators provide RPI related services. RPI Methodology Business Model

Elaboration:

Through this model, different combinations can be achieved. For example, an end-user site wishing to use RPI can work directly with RPI Alliance to become a licensed RPI Provider (giving them access to the RPI Methodology materials) and to acquire the training internally for authorized RPI Facilitators. Or a process improvement consulting firm can become a licensed RPI Provider and work with authorized RPI Facilitators to provide RPI Services for contracts they establish with their clients.
