Guide to Determining the Necessary License and/or Authorization
1. Will you be
using the RPI Methodology to improve performance and processes
at your site, or do you have client(s) at other sites in the
same company or at a different company?

2. Do you have your own consulting
firm or is your client another site within your company?
The client is another site
within the same company (e.g., you are an internal support
consultant)
Here is what you need to
do.
a. Your site will need
to become a licensed RPI Provider, giving you the capability
to use the RPI Methodology with your company's other sites.
b. To market your consultants
as Authorized to use RPI will need to acquire facilitator
authorization through the RPI Facilitator Workshop, giving
them access to all RPI Methodology materials all RPI Methodology
materials
c. You will need to provide
royalties to RPI Alliance with each client you establish RPI
services with

d. Your client does not
need an RPI license as long as they use your services to support
their RPI practices.
