Rapid Performance Improvement (RPI)

A Guide to Determining the Necessary License and/or Authorization

1. Will you be using the RPI Methodology to improve performance and processes at your site, or do you have client(s) at other sites in the same company or at a different company?

Our Site Only

2. Do you want to use an authorized RPI facilitator to support you in using RPI?

No

Here is what you need to do.

a. Acquire a site license for the use of the RPI Methodology.

Click here to find out how.

b. There is no requirement that those within a site using the RPI Methodology become Authorized Facilitators, but it is highly recommended. We strongly suggest acquire training on the use of RPI at a public offering (at conferences or public facilitator training workshops).
