Rapid
Performance Improvement (RPI)
End-Users:
Access, Licensing and Usage
An End-User Site is any site
that uses the RPI Methodology to improve their own (internal)
systems / software engineering, management and/or support practices.
Access:
An end-user site needs a license
with RPI Alliance Ltd. to print and use RPI materials within their
site. Alternatively, the site can elect to hire a licensed external
RPI service provider (an RPI Provider).
In this situation, an end-user license is not required as long
as RPI Facilitator tasks are performed by the licensed provider.
Licensing:
There are two levels of end-user
licenses. Both levels provide the end-user with an electronic
copy of certain RPI Alliance materials to freely print and use
within their own organization or site.
